Our vision is simple...Worship, Connect, Grow, and Serve that my neighbor may know Christ. This is at the very center of everything we do here at First Baptist Church. Worship connects us to God. Connect encourages us to plug in to our families, our church family and our community. Grow challenges us to live a life that is constantly growing spiritually. Serve provides the opportunity to be servants among our families, our church and our community. We believe when we are worshipping, connecting, growing and serving we produce a life that is Living Sent - a life of sharing the gospel so that our neighbors might know Christ - and there is nothing greater! This vision is not something that we have manufactured it comes straight from God's word:
Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.
